IX2's in-house personnel are qualified and experienced
in provisioning DS-1, E-1, DS-3 and OC level
cross-connects on behalf of our customers in addition to
cabling selection and installation. IX2 utilizes a web
based customer interface ordering/tracking system to
provide fast provisioning and on-time service delivery.
Customers can utilize the online ordering system to
submit and track cross-connect services. This system
along with IX2's qualified on-site personnel, ensure
that all orders are completed within 24 hours. |
