Overview
Built in 1983 by First Interstate Bank, this
purpose built data center originally housed the
third largest data center in the country,
processing 490 million in checks each day, and
controlling the ATM network for 13 Western
states. Since the departure of First Interstate
Bank in 1996, the data center space has been
re-occupied by numerous telecommunications
companies. IX2 now operates approximately 22,000
square feet of data center space within the
Garland Building. |
