The building has 24/7 manned security in the main lobby. 24/7 access to the collocation area is available to all customers and designated employees. Authorized personnel are listed on an access list where the lobby security guard can then provide access as needed. The collocation area utilizes Digital Video Recorders positioned in the common areas of the room and backed-up for up to 6 months. Property Removal Passes are required to remove any equipment form the room. All cabinets and cages are individually locked for each customer.
