Mr. Reeves has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Following training programs with Pacific Northwest Bell and AT&T, he designed a groundbreaking PBX system for Merrill Lynch’s Portland office.  For the next 16 years, he served as the CEO of Rainbow Communications, a Seattle based telecommunications company he founded in 1979.  In 1994, he founded Internet Business Services, a Anaheim, California based ISP.  In 1998, he worked with Bill Peckovich to launch IX2 Networks, a Los Angeles, California based collocation company.  Mr. Reeves assists the IX2 customer base with provisioning voice and data circuits from the various carriers located in IX2’s facilities.  This is a free service available to all IX2 customers.
