Bill Peckovich, President
Mr. Peckovich has extensive experience working
at the convergence point of the Telecom and Real
Estate businesses. He spent 11 years with CB
Commercial Estate Group where he represented
“MFS” for the first CLEC point-of-presence in
Los Angeles. This marked the beginning of
competitive local telecommunications in
California. Bill was instrumental in MFS’s fiber
deployment in California aiding in the selection
of technical facilities as well as negotiating
building right-of-entry agreements. Bill then
spent three years as an independent real estate
consultant to telecommunications companies.
There, he specialized in the site selection of
technical facilities throughout the United
States for companies including Exodus,
MCIWorldcom, Nextlink, USWest, Winstar, GST
Pacific Lightwave, COVAD, Teligent, and TCG,
among others. He founded IX2 Networks in 1998.
He is a graduate of UCLA.
